Iris Claus is a Senior Fellow, Department of Economics, Waikato University, New Zealand. She is the Managing Editor for Journal Economic Surveys and Associate Editor of Asian Economic Papers.
Les Oxley is Professor in Economics, University of Waikato, New Zealand, and Adjunct Professor, School of Economics and Finance, Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
