Author Biography

Sarah Cook is Research Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex. Shujie Yao is Reader in Economics and Director of Development Economics Research at the University of Portsmouth. Juzhong Zhuang is Economist for the Asian Development Bank.
