Kenneth R. Ross is Parish Minister, Netherlorn Churches, Argyll, and an Honorary Fellow in the University of Edinburgh's School of Divinity.

Daniel Jeyaraj is Professor of World Christianity and Director of the Andrew F. Walls Centre for the Study of African and Asian Christianity at Liverpool Hope University.

Todd M. Johnson is Associate Professor of Global Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton, MA.
