Summary

Author Biography

For more than 25 years Susan Bagby worked with children and youth as a speech and language pathologist, teacher, and administrator of non-profit organizations for youth. As a previous songwriter for Rondor Music International, her credits include The Magical Future®, the official anthem for the inaugural National Children's Day, as well as One Voice One Light, the official song for the Children's Torch of Hope tour during the many UN50 events. She is co-author of the Magical Future® Song book and Magical Future®, both children’s books, to be released as self-published this fall. She is a member of RWA. Christmas Wish Upon A Star is her debut novel with Sands Press and is planned for release in winter 2022. Susan recently retired from working in the public schools of Los Angeles and decided to return to the Midwest. Landing in her hometown of Akron, Ohio with more time to write, she couldn’t be happier. A romantic at heart, she has many more stories of love brewing inside, and looks forward to writing them! In addition to writing, Susan enjoys playing the piano, singing, walking in the woods near her home, yoga, and playing pinochle with her friends. She is a firm believer in knowing dreams do come true!
