Joseph R. Blasi, J. Robert Beyster Professor and a sociologist, and Douglas L. Kruse, Professor of Industrial Relations and Human Resources and an economist, are both at the School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University. Richard B. Freeman is Herbert Ascherman Professor of Economics at Harvard University.
