This is sill the only business organizations casebook to focus on closely held businesses, including agency, general partnerships, close corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, and other hybrid entities. Numerous problems throughout the casebook allow students to apply legal principles to new fact situations.
