Author Biography

Gianfranco Di Niso is a professional bartender who has won national and international competitions and runs professional training courses for bartenders. Since 1986 he has worked in numerous establishments in and around Bergamo.   Davide Manzoni completed his high school education at the Istituto Turistico Alberghiero in San Pellegrino Terme, Bergamo and graduated in Cinema Studies at the Università Cattolica of Brescia. In addition to cinema, he is also passionate about cooking and writing.   Fabio Petroni has worked with some of the most famous names in international photography since 1984, as well as with some of the top advertising agencies. He has been involved in campaigns for well-known national and international brands.
