Through Canadian, American, Australian and Malaysian case studies,Collaboration in Distance Educationidentifies and analyzes the key factors enhancing and inhibiting the strategic alliances for course development: teaching and credit transfer which have become central features of institutional culture and policy-making in the distance and higher education fields.
