Author Biography

Shelley B. Wepner is dean and professor of Manhattanville College's School of Education in Purchase, New York. She is the co-editor of The Administration and Supervision of Reading Programs, Fourth Edition. Dee Hopkins is dean of West Virginia University's College of Human Resources and Education in Morgantown, West Virginia.
