Author Biography

Rozalia Williams holds an Ed.D. from Harvard University and an M.S. in Counselor Education from Florida International University. A college administrator for over twenty years, she has devoted her professional career to creating, implementing and evaluating student development programs. Dr. Williams is founder and president of Hidden Curriculum Education, Inc., where she teaches the two-day College Life Skills Course(R). Her experiences as a sixteen-year old college student, retention counselor, pre-college program director, assistant to the vice president of student affairs, branch campus director, assistant dean and instructor of first year experience courses at two- and four-year institutions frame the questions for this book.
