Gerard Byrne BSc(Med), MBBS, PhD, FRANZCP is the Director of the Older Persons' Mental Health Service at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and is head of the Discipline of Psychiatry within the School of Medicine at The University of Queensland. Christine Neville RN, RPN, BHSc, MHSc, PhD, FACMHN is the Program Co-ordinator for Mental Health Nursing in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at The University of Queensland.
