Maury E. Bredahl is professor of agricultural economics and director of the Center for International Trade Expansion at the University of Missouri at Columbia. Nicole Ballenger is an economist with the Economic Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. John C. Dunmore is deputy director, Commercial Agriculture Division, ERS. Terry L. Roe is professor of applied economics, adjunct member of the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, and codirector of the Economic Development Center at the University of Minnesota.
