Author Biography


Elspeth Berry, Reader in Law, Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University,Matthew Homewood, Principal Lecturer in Law, Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University,Barbara Bogusz, Lecturer in Law, University of Leicester

Elspeth Berry is Reader in Law at Nottingham Trent University, where she teaches EU law and is module leader for Human Rights Law on the LLB and LLM. Elspeth has written widely on EU law and human rights, including a textbook co-authored with Sylvia Hargreaves.

Matthew Homewood is Principal Lecturer and module leader for EU Law at Nottingham Trent University. Matthew is also the co-author of the third edition of EU Law Concentrate (Oxford University Press, 2013)

Barbara Bogusz is Lecturer in Law at the University of Leicester where she teaches EU law. Barbara also teaches Land Law and Intellectual Property Law and is the author, with Roger Sexton, of Complete Land Law (Oxford University Press, 2013).
