Taking up 75 percent of the book, these chapters include detailed descriptions, specs, story lines, back stories and long lists of "Fun Finds" and "Fun Facts" that aren't in any other Disney guidebook. The Neal's style, vocabulary and use of photographs make the book of interest to any reader, especially someone planning a visit to Walt Disney World or wanting to relive the experience of being there.

Author Biography

After writing a guidebook about their hometown islands of Sanibel and Captiva, Julie and Mike Neal decided to spend a year and write a book about Walt Disney World. Five years later, it's done! As a result, they ended up visiting Walt Disney World more often than nearly anyone -- more than 700 times in just five years. The couple and their books have been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune and Miami Herald newspapers and American Heritage Magazine. They have also appeared on National Public Radio, the Travel Channel and many Florida television stations. They live with their 13-year-old daughter Micaela, dog Bear, and -- now -- a home full of Disney stuff.
