Alison Lindsay, creator and compiler of the scrapbooking projects, has been scrapbooking for many years ever since she realized it was a hobby that allowed her to combine a lifetime of photographs with the crafts she loves. She especially enjoys scrapping holiday and heritage photographs. Alison is currently special projects co-ordinator on a leading scrapbook magazine, Scrapbook Craft. As well as writing many magazine features on the subject, she gives regular talks and demonstrations at craft fairs and hobby groups.

Cheryl Owen, creator of the gift card projects, is a highly experienced author and crafts artist. She devotes her time to a wide range of creative crafts, including paper crafts, salt dough, fabric and needle crafts, papier-mache, and developing crafts for children. Her work regularly appears in leading homestyle magazines, including Prima, Inspirations, Good Housekeeping and Woman and Home. She is the author of a number of books.
