Author Biography

Colin Frayne, LRIC, MCIWEM, MICorr. (U.K.) is an international water treatment consultant and small business owner. He graduated in analytical chemistry from North London Polytechnic (now the University of North London), in the United Kingdom, and later obtained various business diplomas from colleges in the U.K. and South Africa, Mr. Frayne is British, but has resided in the United States for several years, with his wife and two daughters. In early 1999 he relocated from Georgia to New York City to join the Metro Group, Inc., an environmental services and water treatment company.
