Author Biography

Leanne Weber is a Senior Research Fellow at Monash University, Australia, and has published widely in the areas of policing and human rights. She has studied and worked at the Institute of Criminology in Cambridge and the Human Rights Centre at Essex University, and is the holder of a Larkins Fellowship.

Marinella Marmo is Senior Lecturer in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Flinders University, Australia. She works in the area of international criminal justice, and has written numerous articles on the topic. She has received a Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching.

Elaine Fishwick has worked as an academic and research/policy consultant in the UK and Australia. Her area of teaching and research interest has been in social, legal and criminal justice issues. She has also worked extensively as an advocate for children and young people's rights in New South Wales.
