Author Biography

Martin A. Andresen is an Associate Professor in the School of Criminology and Institute for Canadian Urban Research Studies, Simon Fraser University, Canada. His research areas are in spatial crime analysis, crime and place, geography of crime, environmental criminology, applied spatial statistics and geographical information analysis.

Graham Farrell is Professor and Research Chair in Environmental Criminology at Simon Fraser University, Canada. He has worked at the Police Foundation, Rutgers University, the United Nations, and University of Oxford and published fifteen books, particularly focused on crime prevention, repeat victimization, and the crime drop.
