Summary

With their mighty fleet, and superior weapons and machines, how can their endeavour possibly fail? However, despite a parade of early successes, Commander Farsight soon faces enemies he wasn’t anticipating, and finds not only his courage but also his soul tested to the very limit.

Author Biography

Phil Kelly is the author of the Warhammer 40,000 novellas Farsight and Blood Oath, the Space Marine Battles novel Blades of Damocles, and the Warhammer novellas Sigmar's Blood and Dreadfleet. He also scripted the Ultramarines audio drama Brethren. He works as a background writer and games designer for Games Workshop, crafting the worlds of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000, and lives in Nottingham, England.
