Summary

Here is the definitive guide to the richly varied cruising ground between Long Island Sound and the elbow of Cape Cod. It includes essential information on weather, currents, and pilotage. The unique harbor rating system shows at a glance what each anchorage offers in facilities, protection, and beauty or interest, and chartlets and photos help negotiate tricky channels or find that hidden marina. Also includes information on hiking trails, history, wildlife, and as detailed a listing of launch ramps as you'll find anywhere. This guide answers both the concerns and interests of cruisers with engaging warmth, precision, and accessibility.
