Con la aparente sencillez de una crónica de viaje, la protagonista narra su experiencia en la célebre Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión de San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, inspirada en el sueño de un cine latinoamericano sin prejuicios ni fronteras.
Realizar un documental en Caimito, un mínimo pueblo cercano a La Habana ahogado por el calor y las peripecias de "luchar por la vida", se convierte en una odisea que da inicio a otro viaje: hacia las profundidades de un país que, tras seis décadas de una revolución que proclamó la justicia social, la igualdad económica y la dignidad humana, enfrenta el desafío impostergable de la renovación.

With the seeming simplicity of a travel chronicle, the protagonist narrates her experience in the famous San Antonio de los Baños of International School of Film and Television in Cuba, inspired by the dream of a Latin American cinema without prejudices or borders.
Creating a documentary in Caimito, a tiny town near Havana suffocating in the heat and the struggle to survive, becomes an odyssey that launches another journey: into the depths of a country that, after six decades of a revolution that proclaimed social justice, economic equality, and human dignity, faces the urgent challenge of renewal.
