Martin is associate professor of history and American Culture Studies at Bowling Green State University Brett Mizelle is assistant professor of history and director of the American studies program at California State University Long Beach Jeffrey A. Mullins is assistant professor of history at St. Cloud State University Patrick Rael is associate professor of History at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine Joseph T. Rainer received his B.A. in history from Georgetown University, and his Ph.D. in American studies from the College of William and Mary Kevin Thornton holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and teaches at the University of Vermont Graham Warder teaches at Keene State College in New Hampshire
