Author Biography

Ralph D. Berenger (Doctor of Arts, Idaho State University) is an assistant professor journalism and mass communication at the American University in Cairo, Egypt, where he teaches courses in international communication, ethics, media management and communication theory. He has published scores of scholarly articles, book chapters and book reviews, and has more than 30 years of professional experience as a newspaper and magazine reporter, editor, publisher and international consultant. His edited or co-authored books include Global Media Go the War and Media Musings: Interviews with Great Thinkers (both Marquette Books, 2004).Everette E. Dennis (Ph.D., University of Minnesota) is the Distinguished Felix E. Larkin Professor of Media and Entertainment Industries at Fordham University.
