Author Biography

Andrew Whitmarsh is military history officer for the Portsmouth Museum and Records Service, a role which includes the curatorship of the D-Day Museum. A previous curator of the RAF Museum, Hendon, he has written a number of articles for Battlefields Review and Over the Front and is the author of Portsmouth at War.
