Author Biography

Michael E. McGrath is one of the world’s leading experts on decision-making. He is a renowned management consultant, business executive and visionary, entrepreneur, author of five books, and family man who has studied decision-making for more than 25 years. He has applied his decision-making skills as a CEO with i2 Technologies, and he currently serves as Executive Chairman of Thomas Group. He co-founded and led Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM), one of the most successful consulting firms in the world and creator of PACETM a decision process used by many global corporations. In 2007, Michael was featured in Forbes Magazine for his CEO decision-making and turn-around skills. He has a B.S. in decision science from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
