At the center stand the different functions that can be assigned to dialogue in the structure of discourse from different periods of time. German text. Im Zusammenhang mit den Forschungen zum Dialog im Sonderforschungsbereich Kulturen des Performativen (Freie Universitat Berlin) zielt der Band auf eine Intensivierung des bisher weitgehend fehlenden 'Dialogs' zwischen den Experten fur die einzelnen Etappen der Gattungsgeschichte.
