An enlightened and unique approach to bipolar therapy, this analysis argues that, rather than using external tools and methods to find equilibrium between mania and depression, a more effective therapeutic approach focuses on the patient’s talents and innate strengths. The author advocates for a multidisciplinary treatment for bipolar disorder, one that makes use of the patient’s creativity, body movement, and emotional ties. Una perspectiva cultivada y única hacia la terapia para la bipolaridad, este análisis arguye que, en vez de usar métodos y herramientas externas para conseguir un equilibrio entre la manía y la depresión, es mejor un enfoque terapéutico que se centra en los talentos y las fuerzas autocurativas interiores del paciente. El autor propone un tratamiento multidisciplinario para afrontar la bipolaridad que apela a la creatividad, al movimiento del cuerpo y a los vínculos afectivos. Se trata de una visión sumamente positiva de la psicopatología que será de gran utilidad tanto para los pacientes como para terapeutas.
