Michael Albertson is a former chef who traded in his spatula for a spell checker and is now a writer, stand-up comedian, barbecuing webmaster, and recovered diabetic. He has written for Baby Magazine, The Boston Herald, and Playboy. The have appeared as guests on television programs such as ABC World News, Extra, Food Network, and Maury Povich.
