Author Biography

Carol H. Behrman is the author of several middle-grade novels for young readers. She lives part of the year in Damascus, Pennsylvania, and spends her winters in Sarasota, Florida.

Hideko Takahashi received rave reviews for her illustrations in Beach Play, by Marsha Hayles. Originally from Japan, she now lives in Los Angeles, California, with her cats.
