Author Biography

Ira L. Meyer is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York. He has been a chef at such restaurants as Cafe des Artistes and The Russian Tea Room in New York City. Over the years he has also taught cooking classes and been a food consultant and food stylist. He is currently the executive chef of Woodlands Market in Marin County, California. He lives in Northern California Marcello Garofalo is a journalist and film critic based in Italy
