Author Biography

Dr. Maoshing Ni is a 38th-generation doctor of Chinese medicine, the author of Secrets of Longevity, and a tai chi master. He is co-founder of Yo San University in Los Angeles. Dr. Mao has lectured internationally, appeared on television, and been featured in the New York Times, L.A. Times, and many other publications.

Nicole Kaufman illustrated Essential Yoga and many of Chronicle Books' fitness decks. She lives in Geyserville, California.
