Linda Brenner is Managing Director and Founder of Designs on Talent, a firm that has spent over a decade helping businesses improve the way they hire talent, retain talent, and identify emerging leaders. A well-known thought leader in the talent space and a frequent presenter at recruiting, HR, and talent management events, she started Skillsify, Inc., an HR technology firm, in 2011. Her clients include Chick-fil-a, L'Oreal, Turner Broadcasting, Linkedin, Cox, and Coca-Cola. Prior to launching her own companies, she spent her professional career in talent acquisition and talent management leadership roles for great companies like Gap, Pepsi, and Home Depot (where she led enterprise-wide efforts including succession planning, 360° and career management).
