Summary

Author Biography

Matthew Cirulnick became the youngest member of the Writers’ Guild upon signing a 3-picture deal with Miramax in 1999. His first film was Paid in Full, produced by Roc-A-Fella films, directed by Charles Stone III, and starring Mekhi Phifer. The film was nominated for an independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature for its director, Charles Stone III. Matthew has consistently written features and created TV shows ever since, working for Legendary Pictures, New Regency, Sony, New Line, Fox, Spyglass, Paramount, HBO, FX, and many others. Among his recent projects is the original feature Elysium, set up at Regency and being produced by Jinks/Cohen (American Beauty). For Legendary pictures, he has completed the script for his original sci-fi franchise Nocturnal. He is currently adapting the J.T. English bestseller “Havana Nocturne,” and writing a US remake of Bertrand Tavernier’s The Bait. 
 
M. Zachary Sherman has penned comic scripts for Marvel, Image, and Dark Horse and is currently working on America's Army: The Comic based on the game of the same name, as well as the second book in his SOCOM: SEAL Team Seven trilogy. Besides comics, Sherman's work has expanded over many platforms, ranging from video games, feature films and web pages.  He attributes his visual writing style to having worked as a Digital Effects Artist at such companies as Industrial Light and Magic and Digital Domain on such films as the new Star Wars trilogy, the Pirates of the Caribbean films and The Chronicles of Narnia. Sherman recently fulfilled a lifetime dream by adapting the script to the short film Maelstrom II based on the short story by the late Sir Arthur C. Clarke.
