eCampus Discount FAQs

Can more than 1 coupon code be used?
- No. At this time, we only allow one coupon per order. However, you can use in-store credit, along with a coupon if you wish. You can also qualify for our free shipping threshold (if your order is over $35) and use a coupon code in addition to getting free shipping!
How to remove a coupon?
- To try a different coupon code, simply type a new one in the coupon code box. To make sure you get a good discount, the coupon will remain applied until you enter a different valid coupon code.
Why is my coupon code not working?
- There are a variety of reasons coupon codes may not be accepted. We will normally display an error message telling you the reason the code was not accepted. The most common ones are:
  - The code was older & is no longer valid.
  - The order does not meet the criteria for the discount (check the details of the code above).
  - The code was entered incorrectly.
- If you feel that there is an error with your code, feel free to contact our customer service team who can help you.
My order is over the free shipping threshold. Why am I not getting free shipping?
- The most common reasons for this are:
  - You are purchasing an item from our Marketplace. This means that you are purchasing the item from a private seller, not eCampus. Since we can only provide free shipping on orders that we fulfill ourselves, items being purchased from the Marketplace do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
  - Coupons Discounts may be dropping your total below the threshold, which will then require you to pay for shipping. If this happens, you may need to remove then re-add the items to your cart and try checking out again.
