Author Biography

David J. Robinson is Adjunct Professor at the John Glenn School for Public Affairs at Ohio State University, USA, and Principal of the Montrose Group, LLC. He also served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, director of Government Relations at Ameritech Ohio, press secretary to the Mayor of Columbus, and general counsel to the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
