Author Biography

Andrew Latimer is the editorial director of Little Island Press, founding editor of Egress magazine and production editor of PN Review. Sam Lipsyte is an American novelist and short story writer. Gordon Lish is an American writer. As a literary editor, he championed many American authors, particularly Raymond Carver, Barry Hannah, Amy Hempel, Rick Bass, and Richard Ford. Kimberly King Parsons’s fiction has been published or is forthcoming in Best Small Fictions 2017, New South, Black Warrior Review, No Tokens, Joyland, Ninth Letter, Kenyon Review, and elsewhere.Diane Williams is an American author, primarily of short stories. She lives in New York City and is the founder and editor of the literary annual NOON. She is the author of eight books, including her selected stories published by Dalkey Archive Press in 1998. Eley Williams lives and work in Ealing. She is co-editor of fiction at 3:AM magazine and assists the independent publishers Copy Press. Her prose has appeared in the journals Ambit, Night & Day, The Dial and Structo; in 2005, she was awarded the Christopher Tower Poetry Prize. David Winters is a critic and historian of post-1945 American fiction. His PhD offers the first comprehensive account of the influence of Gordon Lish. He is Lish’s authorized biographer, and has published numerous essays exploring his impact on U.S. fiction.
