He also loves the social life in New York and the dinners that invite widows of ambassadors and socialites of all types. This short story is a stupendous satire about the editorial world and the ferocity of New York social life in the 1930s. 

Author Biography

Thomas Wolfe is an American writer. Considered one of the most important narrators of the first half of the 20th century, he is most recognized for his novels El Ángel que nos mira, Del tiempo yo el río, and The Web and the Rock.
