Author Biography

John Cadick (Garland, TX) is the founder and President of Cadick Corporation, a consulting firm specializing in electric power safety and distribution solutions. He has specialized for three decades in engineering training in electrical safety and power system design. His books include Cables and Wiring, DC Testing, AC Testing, and Semiconductors. All are used by NJATC as part of their apprenticeship training program. Since 1999, Dr. Mary Capelli-Schellpfeffer (Chicago, IL) has delivered outpatient medical care services to employees in occupational health service centers in Illinois and Maryland metropolitan areas. She previously served as Medical Director for the Wisconsin Electric Power Company, and Director of the University of Chicago Hyperbaric Medicine Unit. She is a consultant to both the NJATC and the IEEE Standards Committee. Dennis Neitzel (Dallas, TX) is Director of the AVO Training Institute, Inc. He was previously Senior Project Engineer at the Westinghouse Idaho Nuclear Company. He is a Principal Committee Member for the NFPA 70E and is working group Chairman for revising IEEE Std. 902 (“the Yellow Book”).
