Kathy Bowrey is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales. Michael Handler is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales. Dianne Nicol is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Tasmania.
