Professor James Holland is a Barrister, Professor of Employment Law and Associate Dean at the Faculty of Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. Stuart Burnett is a Barrister and former Director of Operations at EEF Western and a visiting lecturer at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
