The process presented will not require a professional portfolio manager thus saving the usually high fees and low tax efficiency normally associated with professional money managers. Author Biography

John J. Pierro and his cousin, Peter, grew up in La Salle, Illinois. They attended La Salle-Peru T.H.S. and Illinois Valley Community College.

John graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He moved to California where he began a dual career as an entrepreneur and investor and as a worker and executive in the Aerospace Industry. He invested in land in Orange County and broadened his investing into stocks, bonds, and the development of portfolios as a private investor. He was a Consultant to the Aerospace Industry including the International Space Station. He retired as President of North American Aircraft in 1994.

Peter attended Northern Illinois University, majoring in History, Psychology, and Education. He taught in elementary and junior high schools for 16 years. He earned his doctorate at N.I.U. and taught at several colleges, including Elmhurst College in Illinois and Langston University in Oklahoma. He retired as Professor of Education in the graduate school at the University of Oklahoma in 2002.
