Summary

If you've ever counted calories or been a slave to the scale, it's time to change the way you think about dieting. The Enlightened Diet goes beyond restrictive regimens and quick-fix claims to prove that weightloss success is not just about what you put into your body-it's also about how, why, where, and with whom you eat. In this practical guide to whole person nutrition, health researchers Deborah Kesten and Larry Scherwitz profile seven newly discovered eating styles that lead to overeating and weight gain, along with proven strategies for reversing them.
