DAVID SIROTA (Purchase, NY) has been engaged in behavioral research and its applications for over 50 years. Since founding Sirota Consulting in 1972, he has earned an international reputation for improving the performance of individual executives and managers, major organizational groups, and entire organizations (through culture and policy change). He has taught at Cornell, Yale, MIT, and Wharton.

 

DOUGLAS KLEIN is Principal at Sirota Survey Intelligence and Chief Leadership Advisor at the Sirota Leadership Advisory. He has 22+ years of experience helping senior leaders overcome intangible obstacles to organizational performance, with an emphasis on values, culture, engagement, and partnership building.
