Author Biography

Carla Jackie Sampson, PhD, MBA, FACHE, is clinical professor of healthcare management and public service, and academic director of the healthcare management and policy programs at New York University’ s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and editor of Frontiers of Health Services Management, where articles in this book first appeared.
