Author Biography

Adil Najam teaches international negotiation and diplomacy at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.  Mark Halle is the Global Director of the Trade and Investment Programme at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD).  Ricardo Meléndez-Ortiz is the Executive Director of the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD).
