William M. Gorvine is Associate Professor and Department Chair of Religious Studies at Hendrix College. His research explores religious biography, conceptions of saintliness, and the Tibetan Bön religion. His professional work supports religious diversity, contemplative pedagogy, and interdisciplinary approaches to Asian studies. He lives in Conway, Arkansas, with his family.
