Enzo Cucchi was a key member of the Italian transavanguardia movement in the eighties which was part of a larger neo-expressionist trend. This catalog celebrates the work of a man who is among the most recognizable Italian artists on the contemporary scene. Ester Coen is a lecturer on the History of Contemporary Art at the University of L’Aquila, with special expertise in the sixties and seventies and the avant-garde.
