Author Biography

Karin Opitz-Kreher runs her own wellness practice specializing in stress reduction and harmonization. Trained in Aura-Soma, Aura-Soma Bodywork, and foot reflexology, since 2013 she also incorporates traditional knowledge of essential oils in her practice and teaches about them in workshops. She lives in Germany. Jutta Schreiber, D.M.D., has been working as a dentist with a holistic, naturopathic focus in her own practice for more than 30 years. The use of essential oils form an integral part of her daily work with her dental patients. She lives in Germany.
