Author Biography

Johan P. Reyneke is currently director of the Centre for Orthognathic Surgery at Carstenhof Clinic in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is also a clinical professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
