Author Biography

Carla Millar is Professor of International Marketing Management at the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and a Fellow at Ashridge, UK. Her BSc and MA are from the University of Tilburg in The Netherlands and her PhD from City University, London. A former business school dean and MNC executive, in this book she marries leadership and ethics, international business and research perspectives. Eve Poole is Deputy Director of the Public Leadership Centre at Ashridge Business School, UK. Previously she worked for the Church Commissioners for England and the Deloitte Consulting capital markets practice. She holds degrees in theology from the universities of Durham and Cambridge, UK, and an MBA from Edinburgh University, UK.
